Kind of like those Chevron cars or Lightning McQueen.<BR/><BR/>Everybody seems to have been under a lot of stress recently so here is a new relaxation technique...<BR/>Repeat this mantra over and over again until you feel totally relaxed.<BR/>"Owaa"<BR/><BR/>"Taygoo"<BR/><BR/>"Siam"<BR/><BR/>It is very important to walk around in a circle while raising your arms above your head and then down to your sides (kind of like a jumping jack, sans jumping) while saying the mantra.<BR/><BR/>Gradually increase the speed of your incantation and movements until you have satisfactory results. <BR/><BR/>You should have someone supervise you when you do this to make sure you have the proper technique.<BR/><BR/>Also, some people like to add in "Hooooonk" after the "Siam", but this is entirely optional.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
